Oceanus (Blue)

Oceanus is a deep, rich blue metallic staining glaze — dark, oceanic, and quietly powerful. Named for the ancient god of the world-ocean, the 2024 Formula 1 delivers smoother application and richer depth.

A serious blue: reads almost navy in shadow, sapphire in bright light. Perfect for nautical décor, moody accent pieces, deep-blue cabinetry, and layered wave effects with lighter blues on top.

Sold as a concentrate — very economical. Dilute with up to 20 parts water, alcohol, resin, water-based clear coat, or any clear catalyst without losing the deep blue's oceanic character.

Non-toxic, water-based, self-leveling. Full-strength for opaque coverage; dilute for translucent water-effects. Works beautifully on wood, glass (especially bottles and jars), metal, and pottery.
